A Little Exhausted, But Still Going

Friday was an uneventful day, but Saturday was a blast as we celebrated, Tea Haus regular, George’s Birthday. It quite a good time as I got to know more of the regulars even better and feel more immersed into the community than before (I didn’t know it could happen?). The next day was a quiet day, which was well needed to say the least. It was full steam when Monday arrive though as Lukas, Jasmine and I started our flat search extravaganza! On top of this flat searching I have been doing about 2 to 3 hours of biking a day and I even went to the pool on Monday and did an hour of laps in the 50 meter pool. This felt so good despite the sore muscles that later followed. I haven’t done laps in three years, but it was damn good to be back in the pool. This has pretty much been my last few days; seeing lots of flats and getting lots of exercise. At least I know one will work out for the better. Hopefully both. Send your positive energy please, I need a jump-start : )

Zing, Zing, Zing, ZAP! Zing, Zing, Zing, ZAP! Zing, Zing, Zing, ZAP! Can you feel the positive energy being sent to you?
I am happy to know you are back in the pool and are geeting into biking – probably two of the healtiest activity choices you can make – remembering that a bad choice could be to “do nothing” – a couch potato activity. Be sure to keep your eyes and ears open to employment oppportunities while biking around town and while at the pool and the Tea Haus – remembering thatt the net result of networking is that it works.
Aloa sending tons of LOVE! Dad.

  2. Exercise = mega plus.
